Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email — including your tracking number — as soon as your order is on its way.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before payment. Please refer to the estimated timeframes below.

  • West Malaysia, 2–3 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), 2-5 business days
  • Singapore, 2-3 business days
  • More countries coming soon!

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. school holidays, Raya, Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on domestic orders (West & East Malaysia) when your order meets the minimum spend threshold. The free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Note: Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and is not available for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@artopus.my with your name and order number and we'll look into it for you.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries internationally. International orders may be subject to the following:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country
  • Customs clearance procedures that may cause additional delays
  • Different return and refund procedures compared to domestic orders

These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Artopus is not responsible for customs fees or any delays caused by customs clearance.

Note: We recommend checking with your local customs authority regarding any applicable import duties before placing an international order.

Packaging

All craft kits are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and ready to use. We take extra care with items that include small parts, paints, or fragile materials.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy or email us at support@artopus.my within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Delays & Circumstances Outside Our Control

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Artopus is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, weather events, or acts of God
  • Courier service disruptions or strikes
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Peak holiday seasons

If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Artopus is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@artopus.my as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
