Return & Refund Policy
Can I return a product?
If you're unsatisfied with our product, please email us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The packaging must be intact
- The product must not be customised or personalised
We're unable to accept returns if:
- You contact us after seven (7) days from delivery
- The product has been opened and used
- The item or packaging has been damaged after delivery
Note: Please contact us at support@artopus.my before sending any items back, as returns must be approved first.
If your return is approved, the refund will cover the product cost only. Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Which shipping provider should I use for returns?
You may use any courier service of your choice when returning an approved item.
If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, kindly email us within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will:
- Reship a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
If the damage occurred during delivery or was due to our error, the cost of reshipping will be covered by us.
Can I exchange my product?
We do not offer exchanges once an order has been purchased and delivered.
If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds will be processed within three (3) working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
