Do I need to sign up for an Artopus account to place my order?

No, you can place orders as a guest. However, we recommend signing up to enjoy a smoother and more convenient experience, as well as to receive updates about new arrivals or offers.

Do we get a tracking number after we order?

Yes, all orders are assigned a tracking number. You can find your tracking number in the email you receive and in your Artopus account once we have shipped your order.

Can I cancel an order that has been placed?

No, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and payments have been made. For this reason, please double check your order details during checkout and before making payment.

I put the wrong shipping address / made a mistake on my order, can you change it?

Yes, if you contact us within an hour of placing the order, it may be possible to amend it. If it's regarding the change to the delivery address, we suggest chatting with us via the website inbox as soon as possible. However, if you need to add another item to your order, we recommend placing a separate order and then informing us via email at support@artopus.my so we can match them.

What age is appropriate for Artopus craft kits?

Artopus art and craft kits are suitable for ages 3 and above.

What sand does Artopus use? Is it safe?
  • Our coloured sand is proudly locally sourced in Malaysia, obtained from high-quality natural sand deposits. This ensures sustainable and reliable supply while supporting local resources and no asbestos risks from imported materials.
  • It is fully certified for safety, using only organic, non-toxic colour pigments and dyes. Our product conforms to rigorous international standards, including EN71 (European toy safety, particularly EN71-3 for migration of certain elements) and often ASTM D4236, making it 100% safe for children and ideal for sand art, sensory play, crafts, parties, weddings, and more.
